2 Auditions:

The Breakthrough Theatre Company is holding auditions for a musical revue entitled "Young at Heart" for performers 55 and over on the following dates and times:

Saturday, October 8, 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
OR Sunday, October 9, 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
*choose only one date and come any time between the hours listed. No appointments.

"Young at Heart" is a revue, featuring performers 55 and over, with songs and short scenes about getting and/or being older. The show will be both funny and sentimental.

The show is conceived, and directed, by Wade Hair.

Show Dates and Times:
November 11-21, 2022
Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m.

Prepare 16-32 measures of any song. There will not be a piano accompanist, so have your song on your phone, or we can pull up a YouTube video on our computer.

You will be asked to read from the script.

All roles are unpaid, but we take donations after each performance that is divided amongst the cast.

The Breakthrough Theatre Company will hold auditions for the Allison Gregory comedy play, "Junie B. Jones in Jingle Bells, Batman Smells" on the following dates and times:

Saturday, October 15, 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
OR Sunday, October 16, 6-8 p.m.

Junie B. Jones, First-Grader, is super-excited about the upcoming Holiday Sing-Along and Secret Santa gift exchange at her school. Too bad tattletale May keeps ruining all of Junie B.'s fun. So when Junie B. draws May's name for Secret Santa, she comes up with the perfect plan to teach her nemesis a lesson! But will the Christmas spirit of peace and goodwill interfere before she can give you-know-who what she deserves? A hilarious and endearing tale based on the best-selling book series by Barbara Park.
